Red Wolf, Gold Line Merge In Vietnam

Heavy transport firm Red Wolf Global has expanded its presence in Vietnam via a merger with Gold Line.

As part of the merger Red Wolf Global moved their operations from Binh Thanh District in Ho Chi Minh City to District 4, closer to the Vietnamese Customs House and major sea ports. Red Wolf is a member of breakbulk association XL Projects.

“The merger only involves RWG’s operations in Vietnam. Their entities in Thailand, the Philippines and the U.S. are not affected. The Gold Line name and brand have ceased on the market,” a spokesperson for Red Wolf said.

The XL Projects network also recently expanded its representation with the addition of Brazilian logistics company GP Cargo, based in Belo Horizonte, the capital city of southeastern Brazil’s Minas Gerais state.
